1Eligibility

To use Sarthi Money services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

2Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during onboarding and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
• All activity under your agent account is your responsibility.

3Services

Sarthi Money provides a technology platform that connects channel partners with banking and payment service providers. The actual financial transactions are processed by regulated banks and payment networks.

4Commissions & Settlements

Commissions on each service are published in the agent dashboard and may change from time to time. Settlements are subject to TDS, GST and other deductions applicable under Indian law.

5Prohibited Use

The platform must be used responsibly and in compliance with all laws.

6Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software and design on the platform belong to Sarthi Money Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international IP laws.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarthi Money shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform.

8Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraud, regulatory directive or business reasons.

9Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
