Sarthi Money is a new-generation Indian fintech that enables small retailers and channel partners to offer banking and financial services such as money transfer, AEPS cash withdrawal, BBPS bill payments, recharges and more.

2. Who can become a Sarthi Money agent?

Any Indian citizen above 18 years running a kirana store, mobile shop, stationery shop, petrol pump, consultancy or similar retail outlet can apply to become a Sarthi agent.

3. How do I register as a channel partner?

  1. Download the Sarthi Money app or click Register as Channel Partner.
  2. Fill the basic details and upload KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, photo, shop proof).
  3. Wait for verification (usually 24–48 working hours).
  4. Once approved, log in and start offering services.

4. What investment is required?

The onboarding investment is minimal. You only need a smartphone, a bank account, valid KYC and an initial wallet top-up to start transactions.

5. How do I earn commissions?

You earn a commission on every successful service transaction. Commission rates are visible in real-time inside your agent dashboard and credited to your wallet automatically.

6. Are transactions safe?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end, secured by OTP-based authentication and processed via RBI-licensed banks and NPCI networks.

7. How can I get support?

Our support team is available 24/7 via phone, WhatsApp and email. You can also raise complaints directly from the agent app.

8. In which states is Sarthi Money available?

We are currently active across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, with rapid expansion planned across India.
